Collation
Our flexible approach to each campaign means that we can assess each project on an individual basis to maximise efficiency, accuracy and quality. Bespoke materials are manufactured in-house (see our packaging page) to ensure safe transportation to the desired destination, ensuring your valuable print or promotional items arrive in first class condition.

Propack’s capabilities are vast in this area and this has been proven by the work we have successfully completed:
 

• Collation of over 8,000 promotional kits for a leading Advertising Agency containing various and variable point of sale material with deliveries made to individual public houses across the UK.
• Collation of 103,000 carrier bags for a major retailer containing over 50 sample products. These were then delivered by direct van to 103 universities and colleges across the UK.
• Collation and worldwide distribution of point of sale material to support an incentive loyalty card scheme for an international hotel chain. Over 650 deliveries were completed within Europe and the rest of the world including a small hotel in Bora Bora.
   

Should the stock be high value merchandise, we hold all the items in an on-site secure cage which is only accessed by the authorised members of our team.

Distribution
We have robust relationships with our carriers to ensure the price and qualities of service are paramount. Despatch methods are tailored to each individual campaign. This may mean a parcel or pallet on a next day delivery or a direct van to place the items into the relevant person’s hands. Whatever the method, each is backed up by full proof of delivery for your peace of mind. In addition, we can also support the point of sale campaign with a helpline for questions regarding the point of sale deliveries.

Stock Management Facility
For many projects, the items that we collate are not needed for immediate use. For this reason we offer a stock management facility, where we hold the raw materials or completed items at our premises for slower release into the market place. This facility allows us to become an extension of your company providing you with many alternative methods of call off, stock management and reporting.
