All common data formats are supported and we are able to receive your files on various disk formats or via e-mail.
Personalised
laser print can be produced onto letterheads and various other printed
matter. We can laser Simplex or Duplex up to a maximum paper weight of
250gsm. Only OEM quality laser toner is used (never recycled) to ensure
the highest density of blackness and superiority of print. Quality
procedures ensure this standard is maintained and monitored throughout,
ensuring every item that leaves us is perfectly presented, no matter
how large or small the job.
Our
high volume label machines give an alternative method of addressing
irregular shapes or heavier stock. E.g. Odd shaped postcards, CD packs
etc. A high speed label affixer supports our label production.
Machine
enclosing allows us to handle various materials with confidence and
enables us to enclose up to 6 items at a time. We can enclose all
machinable wallets up to C4, with the added advantage of a streamfeeder
enabling us to handle landscape formats and obscure folds.
High-speed
polywrapping is a versatile and cost effective alternative to enclosing
in to envelopes. We can Polywrap a wide range of products including
stationery, magazines, brochures, broadsheets, books and CD Wallets.
Your
mailing can be wrapped in clear film (various grades are available), or
to create greater impact on delivery you may decide to choose
pre-printed film, which we can source for you if required.
Another
feature of our polywrapping equipment is that it can be used without
film to become a high-speed multi-station collating /inserting system.

Inkjetting
is a fast and effective way to personalise almost any mail piece. We
can inkjet any size ranging from 88mm x 88mm to 350mm x unlimited, we
can even personalize obscure shapes.
Our
inkjet printers are capable of printing addresses, PPI's, barcodes and
images onto a variety of media including envelopes (hand writing fonts
on to envelopes are becoming a favourite), postcards, one-piece
mailers, CD wallets and even catalogues up to 18mm thick. Our machines
can print TrueType fonts including hand writing fonts at 600dpi as
quickly as 10,000 items per hour.
With
the varied designs of mailpacks created for todays market (thank you
all you award winning creative depts!) hand enclosing remains a
fundamental service that we provide. From CD's into plastic wallets to
brochures into polybags we have the capacity and the capability to turn
large volumes around in a short period of time.
