Exhibition Management
Exhibition management a new addition to Propack's business offering. It was initiated in 2009 by one of our Major government clients. Getting increasingly frustrated by service levels of the existing supplier, and knowing the level of service they got from every other area of Propack, they turned to us to ask if we would be willing to "add on" exhibition management to what we already offered them. We said "Yes" and it all started from there.


We now offer a totally bespoke and personalised exhibition management service.

Propack will:

Source - We can project manage and oversee the purchase of any and all items you may require for your exhibition. These might range from bespoke stands, basic pop up stands and banners, to brochures and printed promotional items.

Store - Once items have been purchased for your exhibition, we will store all material in a dedicated area of our warehouse until the event or events. For customers for whom we manage multiple events, we hold the stock and call it off on an event by event basis.

Book - We will make the initial booking of the space at the exhibition site and also book and additional onsite services you may require, such as power and additional storage.

Manage - We appoint an individual account manager to each event to ensure your event goes seamlessly. They will oversee "picking" of the event materials, packing, despatch, delivery and assembly / build on site at the event. They will meet you on the stand on the first morning of the show to ensure that any last minute details are taken care of. They will also stay on site when required to help clients with distribution of promotional material or simply to deal with any issues, should they arise.

Reuse - Whether you have had a bespoke built stand or a more simple popup or modular option, we can safely package and store your stand for future usage. Further to that we can advise on how stands can be altered, refurbished, graphic changed and configurations redesigned. This means a new stand can be created at a much reduced cost and your stand can be reused.

Offer a bespoke service - It doesn't have to be a typical exhibition at the NEC, we various other applications to this service. such as us delivering and erecting a Cricket net inside ASDA stores across the UK to help promote a major drinks company who are supporting the Ashes series.

This service is designed to allow you to forget about the logistics of an exhibition and let your staff concentrate on promoting your business.
