In 2009 Propack invested in the latest corrugated carton manufacturing machinery and are now a producer of corrugated cartons, cases and die-cuts, offering a vast range of packaging types and sizes. We also brought in an operational director to head up the division with over 18 years experience in buying and manufacturing cartons.
A genuinely bespoke service, we don’t just offer off the shelf products, we will give free professional advice at the outset, advising how to pack your products, which boards and grades to use, and which size and design would best suit your requirements. From a standard A4 printers box through to complex die-cut designs, we have the knowledge and experience to fulfil the most unusual designs. All our corrugated cardboard boxes can be supplied in single wall or double wall materials. We can manufacture using B-Flute, C-Flute and DW-Flute up to 300 KT. We can supply plain cartons or printed if you require.

About Corrugated Board
Corrugated board is made largely of recycled paper and most commonly comprises three components: an outer and inner “liner”, (the flat, surface components), and a “corrugating medium”, the “fluting”, which is glued between the liners It is this sandwich-type construction that gives corrugated board its excellent rigidity and structural strength as well as its unique cushioning characteristics.
The Environment
Compared to other supplies used for packaging, like polystyrene or other petroleum-derived materials, corrugated board is environment friendly, being recyclable and ultimately biodegradable. In fact 70% of the board produced each year is made from recycled fibers. Corrugated board is not made from paper derived from tropical forest hardwoods - they are entirely unsuitable for the process. Board Manufacturers use fast-growing softwoods, which are being replanted faster than they are being used.
We are committed to balancing successful business, with environmental responsibility. Therefore, Propack’s total corrugated packaging range can be produced on already recycled board, or 100% virgin Kraft board produced from sustainably managed forests.
